This website, WWW.ADVOKATMILEV.COM, is owned and operated by the Law Firm Dimitar Milev in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act and related legal regulations. This Privacy Policy is an integral part of the General Terms of VIRAU and covers issues related to personal data, including what information we collect as a personal data administrator, how we use it, and what rights users have in this regard.

    • Based on Article 6(1)(b) of the Regulation – to establish pre-contractual relationships.

    • Based on Article 6(1)(b) of the Regulation – for the fulfillment of already existing contractual obligations.

    • Based on Article 6(1)(a) and Article 7 of the Regulation – for non-personalized advertising.

    • Based on Article 6(1)(a) and Article 7 of the Regulation – for personalized advertising.

    • Based on Article 22(2)(b), Article 6(1)(a), and Article 7 of the Regulation – for personalized assessment of information.

    • Based on Article 6(1)(e) – for marketing purposes.

    • Based on Article 6(1)(e) of the Regulation – for retargeting concerning marketing, remarketing, or optimization purposes.

  2. A.D. Dimitar Milev processes personal data independently or by appointing personal data processors, determining the goals and scope of obligations assigned by the administrator to the processor, provided that there is relevant legal basis according to legal requirements. Processors on behalf of A.D. Dimitar Milev may include accounting firms with which the company has contractual relations, or employees and subcontractors whose rights and obligations regarding the processing of personal data of individuals are duly regulated through contracts or internal documents of the company.

  3. Explicit consent of the individuals whose data are processed is not always necessary if the administrator has another legal basis for processing personal data.

  4. In case of refusal to voluntarily provide the requested personal data, A.D. Dimitar Milev will not be able to fulfill its legally established obligations and may not be able to provide its products and/or services.

Duration

The data is stored and processed as long as there is a need for the information to provide our services. In the event that the individual makes the corresponding request, the information is destroyed immediately.
